Hello All,
We are currently seeing an OANDA Practice API outage which is affecting all OANDA Practice users. It is the LEAN project policy to remain connected for a maximum of 15 minutes before stopping the algorithm and notifying you via email. We designed it like this to ensure the algorithm behaves as you'd expect; after an outage like this there can be price discontinuities and we decided its too risky to remain connected.
We'll look into systems in the future which let you configure this 15m timeout period but for now, we recommend you redeploy your algorithms after 3 pm EDT when the OANDA API reactivates. If your algorithm relies on state or indicator warm up we recommend using the history API to prepare your strategy.
