Pull bid/ask spread data for US equities into Python 3.6?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me with how to pull bid/ask spread data for US equities for the last 20 years for input into Python 3.6. *Yahoo/Google Finance, Morningstar, CapIQ, or whatever data source is best?  I'm wanting to do a bid/ask spread regression model.

If anyone is willing I'm happy to compensate you for your time to pull the requested data into Python as I don't know how to program and code. I'm just an Excel expert, well I think I am anyways. Thank you
