Hi,
I would like to run locally in parallel Lean (QuantConnect.Lean.Launcher.exe) with different config files. I wonder how I can specify from command line a FileLogHandler with specific filepath, so that I have a different log for each run.

Hey! I wanted the same thing and solved it in the following way (see Setup #2). This may not be entirely necessary but I did not find a simpler way.
To get a different log for each run, you don't need a different FileLogHandler. An easier way is to give each backtest a unique BacktestId. This can be done by writing your own JobQueue. In the repo version, the BacktestId is set here:
