Can Someone Direct Me to a Starter Forex Trading Script?

I am looking for a starter forex trading script that basically attempts to forecast something like the EURUSD and then tries to place a trade based on the forecast at regular intervals, (like maybe once a week). It doesn't matter what it's win/loss ratio is because I am going to re-program it to work with an indicator that I personally like to use. Could someone here please direct me to such an existing script or the best match?

Hi Leonard.

You can use the Algorithm Framework to implement your ideas and emit insights according to your predictions.

You can combine multiple modules when you create a new algorithm: Alpha, Universe, Portfolio, Execution, and Risk.

For example, if you believe that a currency pair exchange rate will increase when a fast Exponential Moving Averages (EMA) exceeds the slow EMA and that the exchange rate will decrease if the fast EMA is less than the slow EMA, for all currency pairs within the G10 universe, then combine
these modules:

Alpha: EMA Cross
Universe: G10 Currencies
Portfolio: Equal Weighting
Execution: Immediate

The parameters used for the fast EMA and the slow EMA can be adjusted:

# In Initialize()
self.AddAlpha(EmaCrossAlphaModel(20, 50, Resolution.Daily))

I've attached a backtest where I've selected the combination of modules listed above.
