QUANTCONNECT COMMUNITY
Hi - very new to coding (python) and algo trading. Is it possible for me to download and install LEAN locally? Can I still access the data that I would have access to online or do I need to supply my own? I have downloaded the zip file from GitHub but not sure where to go from there.
I'm basically looking for a way of being able to work on algos without internet connection + debug and test easily in something like Juypter.

It is possible to download and install Lean locally. Please follow the installation instructions in the open-source project.
You need to supply the data in a local setup since we only supply a small set of data for development.
