I have managed to upload my library using Visual Studio plugin but it will only go under "Project". Is there any way I can either move my codes from Project into Library, or upload directly onto the Library folder from Visual Studio?

The library projects are under a "special" folder called /Library. If you save your projects to that directory locally they should be available for others as library projects in the cloud.Â
