Is there a way to tell if earnings were reported before or after the market open/close? I'm looking at SECReport8K, but the FileDate field only provides the day, so I can't tell.

Unfortunately, there currently isn't any way to identify whether earnings are reported before or after market hours. This is because our data does not have that kind of detail. But we are always looking for alternative sources of data and, eventually, this information will be available.
