I've launched a live algorithm against a paper account on Interactive Brokers. IBKR isn't letting me order the UPRO ETF. Even a market buy order of 100 shares sits unfilled. The issue happens both through Quantconnect and if I try to trade manually through TWS. Other 3x leverage ETFs are fine like TMF, and so is buying stocks/etc. 

How can I work around this issue? On TWS it warns me I'm ordering without being subscribed to feeds. Do I need to subscribe to data feeds on IBKR to be able to paper trade UPRO?
