There is an issue when I backtest this algorithm where it will say after a while of backtesting line 10 messed up and 6 items were killed. I have no idea how this is messed up, it all looks correct.

I was not able to reproduce the issue explained above. Do you have a copy of the error message?
The reason the algorithm above doesn't make any trades is because a portfolio construction model is not set. See the attached backtest for an example which sets the PCM and successfully places trades.
