I am new here and I'd like to develop algo in Visual Studio then sent the code to quantconnect server to do backtest. I have read a guide (link) of the Visual Studio plugin for that, but the page is now gone and I can't find any guide now. Is the plugin already replaced by the new software Skylight and will no longer be supported in the future?

Yes, the Visual Studio plugin is no longer under development. It has been replaced with Skylight and our CLI.
