I have not been able to find just the rates on treasuries themselves? Was hoping to use it as a fear gauge. Hopefully I'm not just blind.

If you are looking for the Treasury Rates yield curve, this data can be found here. There are accessors for data for specific treasury bonds based on its expiration.
