If I want to buy 100,000 usdt of CHRUSDT, I would use limit bid price and buy it by 10 times(10,000 usdt each time); and I can't confirm how many time would be consumed and quantconnect never permit wait a long time.
so there is some good method for this situation?

The default OrderProperty of an order is GoodUntilCancel if the brokerage/asset supported that. In that case, the order will not expire at the end of day.
