Hi all,
I cannot find any documentation about the Debug Console which is in the web interface. Also when I select “Evaluate in Debug Console” or “Debug Console” nothing happens (as in the screenshot). Maybe I don't understand what is the debug console. If somebody could enlighten me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Hi,
In a nutshell, you write some code which must be executable to some extent. It must not have syntax errors in it, for instance.
Then, you set a breakpoint where you want the execution to stop. See:
Left to the 16. If you go there with your mouse, you will see it appear. Click on it. This is one way to set breakpoints.
Then you click on Run and Debug.
Algo will stop at breakpoint and you will be able to see the values of your variables and objects.
For a full course on how to debug with VSCode, you can read and browse around:

Thanks for the info, especially for the link!

You're welcome Pablo.
Note that the link is really about the desktop version of VSCode which is slightly different then the browser-embedded version used by QC/LEAN. So it's normal if you see differences in the GUI, for instances menus or options not available in the web version. So always take what's in the link with a grain of salt - it can be absent/disabled in the web version.
But you still have access to a full-fledged debugger - which in a way is super powerful but can also be overwhelming at the beginning if you are new to coding. But it's unique to QC/LEAN in web-based algo-trading development.
