Hi,
How can I create an instance of QuantConnect.ToolBox.OandaDownloader.OandaDataDownloader in the browser IDE?
I have added the 'using QuantConnect.ToolBox' directive but it didn't work. I get the error " "The type or namespace name 'ToolBox' does not exist in the namespace 'QuantConnect' (are you missing an assembly reference?)"

No its not accessible through the IDE. But likely you're not using a part of QuantConnect in the right way. The toolbox is only really useful when working locally with LEAN.
