Indicator Extensions with Python

Hi everyone, super noob here looking to get into algo trading and learning python,

I noticed in the docs there are indicator extensions which seem to be able to take the indicator of an indicator but the docs seem incomplete with no examples for python.
Im basically looking to take the rate of change of another indicator using python and was hoping someone could help out.

Heres what I found in the docs:

Indicators are composable - meaning they can be chained together to create unique combinations much like lego blocks. We support several indicator extensions as outlined below:

For now you'll have to manually add & multiple things together with the value objects;

_ema.Current.Value * _sma.Current.Value
