Hi All, so I am going live with an algo on my IB acct for equities. On the server selection page, there is an option for server 512 which apparently has no additional charge but also the server 1024 for 20$ per month. I am already paying the $20 dollar a month subscription fee for live trading, am I entitled to the 1024 option at no additional charge? Or if I select the 1024 option will I have to pay an additional $20 per month, so total $40 dollars per month?
