I am new to QuantConnect, I had various ML model, which I want to backtest on QC, But dont know how to implement that model on QC frame

Many QuantConnect users implement machine learning models in their algorithms. If you're using Python, the machine learning modules can be imported and used like they normally are. Here is a forum post of a user using TensorFlow.
