Hello,
I'd like to use my github repository to implement my trading system, and then have my code loaded automatically on quantconnect. With this I'd be able to implement my TS offline, and have it automatically on quantconnect when I get online and push it to the repo..
is that possible at all? how would I go for it?

You could bind to a Github webhook; and when you get a push to your repository trigger a call to the QuantConnect API. We provide an API which could handle this well.
This would be a great application for the community. I'm happy to guide you in its implementation and how to use the QuantConnect API if you will open source it afterward.
