Has my Jupyter notebook content been lost?

Hi, before the reorg of Research and Lab in October 2019, I had 4 or 5 jupyter notebooks containing various stats calculations and plot code snippets. After 6 to 8 weeks absense i've now logged back into QC and find the files, as directed under notebooks, named as i left them, but the content of each has disappeard and been replaced by a few lines of class NotebookProject(QCAlgorithm).

Maybe i missed something, where should i go to retrieve my pre-existing files?

Regards, Chris

Old notebooks are located at /Notebooks/ in your project list

Thanks, JB.

Maybe i'm missing something:

QuantConnect Dashboard > My Projects > Home\Notebooks \ files shown e.g. kdyahft37conintegration etc.

But when that file is opened its content is a few lines of the python class NotebookProject(QCAlgorithm, not my stats  code snippets.

Hi ChrisFg ,

In the project, you will find (at least) two files: main.py and kdyahft37conintegration.ipynb.
I believe that class NotebookProject(QCAlgorithm): can be found in main.py.

What happens when you double click to open kdyahft37conintegration.ipynb?

Thanks Alexandre. Clicking on the ipynb causes the white "environment startup" panel and 'empty log' messages to appear. When i asked the question i thought that panel was an indication of failure. But i found refreshing the browser (MS Edge, on current release) does display my file contents, thanks. I also notice in the consol messages that it seams to take 3 to 4 mins for the python environment to start up. So either i'm inpacient, or i do need to refresh the browser in order to see the my file content.

Thanks for the follow up. Regards, Chris

Hi ChrisFg ,

You shouldn't need to refresh the browser and/or wait around 3 minutes. If this behavior persists, please attach the notebook so that we can take a look.
