I am not able to add a member to my "Organization" to share a project. It says user not found despite both of us being upgraded to the new team subscrtiption.
I am not able to send this to support since it now apparently costs 60 USD+ per month to submit any ticket for support?
Is there a "free" channel where we can report basic functionality that is not working on the site?

Hi JM; you have to add him as a member of an organization. I see the JM99-Organization has 1-Team seat, if you add a second seat you can add him to your team by email. (The person added won't need a subscription).
This is closer to the GitHub organization model - the team members don't need individual subscriptions but the organization needs subscriptions for every "seat" in the company. This allows it to be cheap for individuals and scale with companies as they grow.

Not sorry. The equivalent on Github would be adding people external to your organization, but even on GitHub the owner of the organization still needs to cover the seat cost of the added consultant/developer.
