The documentation is planned to undergo some changes to make these things like this clearer. For the time being, the C# documentation for Lean backend is complete. In most cases, Lean as used in python will call to these functions, meaning the inputs/outputs are near-identical (except in cases where a Python object is converted to an equivalent C#/.NET object or vice versa which is done mostly through PythonNet)
