IB Stock Yield Enhancement Program, in simpler terms, lending shares to shorters

How would the algorithm be impacted by this? For reference, see to following link sent to me by IB: https://www.clientam.com/en/index.php?f=14527#sf_stockYield

According to above, a "cash collerateral" would be deposited on my account. Also, I don't know how the shares I own would but potentially lent would be represented. It sounds as if it could mess around with the algorithm potentially. Has anyone tried this?

Going to jump in and try this, IB's support said it's supposed to be opaque to API.
