WIP strategy for Technology ETF universe. My backtest is great, but wondering if there's too many gaps to qualify as daily trading. Also my Alpha has no magnitude. Drawdown is great and Annualized return is fair. Other alphas I've tested have tons of magnitude, but the insights are not timing well with the market. I'd like some feedback on the direction I'm going.

Sorry about the delay Tim Bohmann -- you're correct the strategy isn't emitting enough predictions at this time. It should try and emit at least one daily. For institutions with infinite buying power, the recovery from drawdowns and regular emission of signals is more important than absolute returns.Â
We're working on adding more alternative data sources to feed your strategy with - I suggest you can use these as an input to your algorithms to help with the timing.
